They arrived early to the job to get the equipment set up, mats down and they got right to work. The team work together, they cleaned as they went, made sure to keep the wires out of the way, which was my biggest concern. We had a number of trees trimmed and removed from both our business and our home and I could not be more pleased with our experience. Roughly two weeks after agreeing to the work, Ed and his crew showed up bright and early to first tackle the work at our business. Not only did they complete the work exactly as we had discussed, they took out an additional few limbs that I had forgotten about. After they were done, they left almost no trace that they were even here, which is an incredible feat when dealing with heavy equipment. After that job was complete, I led the crew to my home, they confirmed all the details with me, and again got to work. They took out 8 trees and trimmed my entire wooded treeline and also removed another tree that I had forgotten about during our original consultation. By the time I got home from work at 4:00, the entire project was complete, and they had taken all debris including all of the millings from stump grinding. They even took an additional tree down for my neighbor! As a fellow business owner who appreciates attention to detail and great customer service, these guys truly are a step above. Had a neighbor's tree fall on my garage during the blizzard. Neighbor and I called a few places and either had no call back or price was too high. I called Ed, who had previously removed an ash tree a couple years ago for me. Ed and his crew was at my house on time, removed the tree quickly and did a great job cleaning up after.
